Did you know that we have direct access to hundreds of acres of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land and open range trails? That Arizona is one of the most OHV-friendly states? Come stay with us and start your adventure via one of three gates from our park directly onto the first of many miles of adventures!
No matter your interests, there is something out there for every outdoor enthusiast. Local trails; perfect for ATVs, Side-by-sides, motorcycles, jeeps, and hiking boots; take you to historical sites such as areas where General George Patton trained tank troops, Swansea Mine Ghost Town, Bouse Intaglios, Dripping Springs petroglyphs, other old mines and amazing military historical sites. Explore 750 miles of the premier off-road Arizona Peace Trail loop. On the trail, you will experience dramatic landscape and ecosystem changes with elevations ranging from 170 to 7,070 feet.
Just outside our back gates are some of the most stunning desert landscapes with Saguaros, Ocotillos, Cholla, Palo Verde trees, and colorful blooming cacti. Our backyard is a rock-hounder’s paradise where you can find quartz crystals, desert rose crystals, geodes, jasper and many others.
Bird watch for Roadrunners, Cactus Wrens, Hummingbirds, Gambrel’s Quail, Hawks and other migratory birds. Snap a stunning photo of a bighorn sheep standing proudly on top of a mountain overlooking his domain.
Marvel at the power of nature as you find that summer monsoons have cut washes through varied terrain, nature-created rock sculptures such as the Eagle Eye Arch, squeeze through narrow slot canyons and enjoy the view from elevated areas.
And did we mention NO city lights?! Enjoy an unobstructed view of the beautiful night sky. Marvel at the Milky Way right above you, identify constellations, planets and watch shooting stars. All from your relaxing camp chair!
Join the “Big Boys” for the Blue Water Resort Parker 250 and 425 off-road races. Our park is only a few short miles from the course so you can easily cheer your favorites on.
Our local trails await you to discover your favorite destinations. We have many friendly off-roaders in the park. They are more than happy to share your interest, their favorite rides, and perhaps invite you to join a ride with their friends. Our café offers trail lunches for pre-order or have a hearty meal on your return. And our solar heated pool and spa will be here to soothe your tired muscles after an exhilarating ride!
